What Gryffindor says about you

You're a Gryffindor, which means you would rather try and fail than spend a year wondering. When something needs doing and everyone else is looking at their shoes, you are the one who steps forward. You don't wait until you feel ready. You go, and you figure out the rest on the way. People notice that about you, sometimes before you do.

Courage is the obvious strength, but yours isn't only the loud kind. You're the one who says the awkward thing in the meeting, sticks up for the person being talked over, and sends the message everyone else was too nervous to send. You're honest even when it costs you, and your friends trust you because they always know where they stand. In a real crisis, you are steadier than people expect.

The flip side is that you sometimes jump before you look. A risk can feel like a good idea just because it's a risk, and you get restless with people who want to think things through. Pride can also make it hard to back down once you've started. Every so often, the bravest move is to wait five minutes and ask someone else what they think.
