What Lawful Neutral says about you
You like knowing how things work and then doing them that way. A system with clear rules feels calm to you, and a system without them feels like a mess waiting to happen. You don't follow rules because they're always kind, or because you're scared of getting caught. You follow them because a world where everyone does is easier to live in.
That makes you extremely dependable. You're on time, you finish what you start, and you treat people the same whether you like them or not. Teams run better with you in them, because someone is keeping track of what was agreed. You're also hard to manipulate: sob stories and flattery don't move you much, but a good argument does.
"Rigid" is the word people reach for when they're annoyed with you, and sometimes they have a point. You can follow a procedure right past the moment where it stopped making sense, and "that's the policy" isn't a satisfying answer to someone who's upset. Try asking what a rule is for before you enforce it. You'll still follow most of them. You'll just know why.
